Whitewater Rescue Technician (4 Day Course)

A full four days of training on and around the river. Students get a foundation of skills and knowledge in order to work, play, and travel safely and make good decisions around whitewater.

WRT is the international standard for river guides, paddling instructors, whitewater boaters, and rescue technicians.

This course takes place on the Upper Gatineau near Gracefield / Maniwaki QC. Participants should budget an additional $80 for food and gas. Free wilderness camping is provided.

Priority (and discounted) registration for club members closes June 05, 2017, after which members may register directly with BorealRiver, if space remains, but at normal industry prices

A bridge course for those with WWR (Level I or II) who wish to bridge to full WRT (whitewater rescue technician).
