How to Register for Training

RACCC training is generally for members - however some courses are open to non-members.
Please check the descriptions and info for the individual courses.
To join the RACCC navigate to: Membership.

Step 1: Identify the course you are interested in:
Read the descriptions on the training page, calendar, (or in the PlayRA system).
Note the barcode of the course if registering online, the name and dates if registering in person or by phone.

Step 2: Pay and Register with RA Center:  3 options:

1. In Person (Best Option):  

      • Register at the Front Desk of the RA Center (East Wing, 7:30am-10:00pm seven days a week)

      • or at the Open House (April 12 2019, 6:30-8:30 pm). 

2. Online:   (Note: the number of spaces remaining is not accurate on the PlayRA system. Reserve your place early!)

      • Navigate to PlayRA:

      • You will need your email address and password to confirm registration.

        • If you have difficulties, call the Registration Line at (613) 733-5100 (Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm).

      • Locate the course using the barcode displayed on the course description or calendar or browse for the event using the menus.

      • Add the course(s) to your cart

        • Click "Add"

        • Select the client to be registered for the course, and either select "Go to checkout", or "Continue shopping".

        • To review your course selection, click on "Shopping Cart" on the top right.

      • Proceed to checkout when you have completed your selection.

      • Enter your billing information

3. Phone:

      • Call Registration Line at (613) 733-5100 (Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm). 

re: Canoe/Kayak Rental Fees:
Kayak courses:  boat rental will be in addition to the course fee.

Flatwater and Whitewater Canoeing course fees include the canoe rental fee.
Camping and Tripping courses: info to be posted shortly.
