Serves 4

This is great meal after a long day on the water.

12 corn or wheat Tortillas
2 cups salsa, dried
Canned refried beans, dried
Canola oil
2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, or Mild Cheddar)
Hot sauce

1. Rehydrate the salsa & beans for a couple of hours
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan
3. Add a tortilla and top with cheese, etc.
4. Fold or top with another tortilla
5. When browned flip and cook until the other side is also browned
6. Serve with Rice, Salsa, Hot sauce, Tomatoes, etc.

Don’t over stuff them...they are not Burritos!!
